对于“I”等第一人称，在国外的英语论文写作中只有在reflective report 才允许使用，其它Academic paper, essay, dissertation都是坚决不能出现第一人称的，I、 me、my、we、us, etc.这些都不可以用。
但不能避免的时候，同学可以选择使用被动句式，比如I am using Microsoft Word to write this essay. 换成--this essay is being written in Microsoft Word. 还可以使用第三人称来表达，把I think the most important part of your day is having a good breakfast.改成A nutritious breakfast is an important part of a healthy diet.
